Personalised Reflections

Reflected is a personalised reflective service created by Georgia Orfanos.

Each reflection is individually prepared using the information voluntarily provided by the purchaser.

Reflections are intended to encourage thoughtful self-reflection and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, crisis services, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Informed Consent

By purchasing a personalised reflection, you acknowledge that:

• you are voluntarily participating in a reflective service;

• you understand that the reflection may draw upon principles from psychotherapy, counselling, psychoanalysis, and psychological theory;

• the service is educational and reflective in nature and does not establish a therapeutic relationship;

• no diagnosis, treatment, or clinical opinion is being provided;

• you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following the reflection.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, feel unsafe, or require immediate support, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase personalised services unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of Reflected, all sales are final.

Work begins shortly after purchase and each reflection is individually created.

For this reason:

• no refunds will be provided;

• no exchanges are available;

• change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

If there is an error in delivery or you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All written content, reflections, resources, designs, artwork, audio recordings, and original materials remain the intellectual property of Georgia Orfanos unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
